Closed game while in queue, got abandon even though no match found.

I queued for a game and while I was waiting I closed the game while tabbed out. When I next logged in i'm told I abandoned a game and have low prio queue now, even though no match was found and there is non in my match history.

This is especially frustrating as I've now been queuing for NINETY minutes and can't find a game. What can I do to appeal this?

I have queued for almost 3 hours and found one game, do I just have to make a new account now?
