So, I was about to que but decided I wanted to test what I learned about Celese's gun... staff? not having a drop off range. One thing I decide to throw on what Express Shot, and Armor Piercing thinking faster bullets. To my surprise Velocity effects the bullets in a way that makes no sense to me. High velocity causes (but not the second shot from express shot) to go quite a bit higher) Where as Weighted Shots causes the bullet to fall short. What would normally be a head shot hits near the stomach / crotch shot. Surely this is not intended.
