Possible Drifter ult bug: shooting enemy speed penalty ignores the ult speed boost

This could totally be intentional, but in case it isn't, while playing Drifter, I noticed that the movement speed penalty for hitting shots on an enemy goes down to what it would be without the ult activated. For example, my full build sprint speed normally is 13 m/s, and when I shoot an enemy, it goes down to 8.5 m/s and 9.7 m/s if I miss. When I ult, my speed is 25 m/s, but when I shoot an enemy while ulting, it goes down to 8.5 m/s but is 19 m/s if I miss.

Doing some math, 9.7/13 = 0.746, and 19/25 = 0.76, so it's about the same reduction, while 8.5/13 = 0.654 and 8.5/25 = 0.35, so a 30% decrease in what it should be (16.25 m/s).

Maybe this was intentionally done this way, but I just find it very strange that the decrease you have in bullets missed (~25% reduction in movement speed) is consistent while the reduction in speed with bullets hit isn't.

Edit: I just learned about how because the +12 m/s is applied to sprint, this is why it is taken away when you shoot somebody, because you are in combat, and sprinting only happens out of combat. I'll leave the post up in case anyone else was wondering this. Still feels kinda weird to have but at least I know its not a bug now.
