[BUG] Sinclair ultimate interaction with Apollo

When Sinclair uses ultimate on Apollo, and Apollo uses second skill to dogde damage. Game is having unexpected iteration, which leads to Sinclair stuck in Apollo form until used his ultimate again after CD.

ER: Sinclair is stunned and ulti is cancled.
AR: Sinclair stuck in Apollo's form, until used his ultimate again.

I got stuck with Apollo ult as sinclair as well, in my instance I was thrown with Death Slam while mid-animation of Itani Lo Sahn, and it put the ability on cooldown and kept me as Apollo visually. I was able to remove this state by Ulting again when it was off cooldown.
