My laptop most of the time can handle Deadlock games, but occasionally it will crash. The shorter ban times were less frustrating to deal with, but it doesn't seem like the ban penalties ever reset or lessen for me. I can't predict if my game is going to crash, but now if I do I can expect a 24hr ban on the first crash, even if I make it back into the game, catch up, and complete it like any other match. I'd like to at least be able to expect the ban timer to reset after a few days with no crashing issues. Ideally, I'd like to not receive a ban for technical issues. I really love this game.
