A stomp in our favour, but a stomp nonetheless. Felt very one-sided.

Only Venator seemed to listen to comms, the rest never pinged, went in alone to die among other things. Felt like it was winnable but synergy was so off between all heroes in the comp and, even more frustratingly, that nobody used comms.

game was a complete stomp, blue lane was 0 8 by nine minutes and there was a calico with twice the souls than everyone, horrible experience overall

Another day, another draft difference + skill difference it felt. Enemy team having multiple strong heroes (Celeste, Lady Geist, Graves) and our lanes losing hard.

Obvious smurf (ibugooning) in the lobby. Account created around roughly 3/21/26. Fresh Smurf detection needs to weigh harder on matchmaking. In any case, would be cool to see the account banned.

Also, I see this as a failure of the party queue mechanic. Party queue is ruining the match quality here by dragging the expected MMR of the smurf even lower (the smurf is partied with the viper). In the lobby, I am Oracle 5, and there's no way the expected MMR of this smurf is Oracle 5. They switched into another lane, and it made the match unwinnable. In the event of a party queue, you should force the party to face higher skilled opponents. Even if the Viper is Archon, it should favor the higher MMR of the duo and try to place them against a phantom 5+ lane and higher skilled opponents across the board. If the smurf has not been correctly placed in Ascendant, then I suppose the problem is entirely smurf detection based.

Green lane lost Walker on 10 minutes, they were definitely out of their depth. Bigger issue is one team having two strong supports as well as Haze and Graves. It might have been better if the two supports had been split.
 
Just had a "match" (luckily someone abandoned at 10m) where a doorslur was using auto parry AND /kill hacks

His level ONE heavy melee died 850 damage........

Why do you allow this shit?

I just don't get it...

it's bad enough that when I have 20+ kda over 400 matches, you give me 3-5 kids that go 0/xx/0 every. Single. Match.

Melee is already all but useless in this trash game because of NON parry hackers, the parry hacking? It's just retarded...............

Remove the stun from parry and just make it negate damage so auto parry is not winning 100% of games, or change it so boxes, sinners, and orbs don't need to be melee so I can unhotkey the get yourself killed by hackers button

i got more than 1500 hours on deadlock and playing since 2024 and we asking for matchmaking, real ranking system and a fucking anti cheat since that and still nothing

valve is like respawn, blizzard ext.. 0 passion, not gratefull about their comunity, just thinks about the future money and ingoring whats comunity want. maybe the next step for deadlock is to sexualize all character for charm poeple for they come on the game because its a way more easiers to do that than manage the fucking comunity, put a fucking matchmaking and a fucking anti cheat.

Cheater in Match# 73668077


Haze was looking at people through walls and their bullets curved to peoples heads. It wasn't all the time so they must have tuned it down a little to go under the radar. At times they shoot at the wall between their target because they can see them.... Best example is at 19:20 in game time where they shoot at Paradox going to a vent but just shoot a wall until they realize a wall is there....

An INITIATE II got thrown into my team and an ARCHON I was thrown into the enemy team.

The new player did nothing but FEED the SHIT out of the enemy team and we got absolutely steamrolled.
PLEASE for the love of God fix this broken matchmaking!
 
Use this thread to share matchids for games that you think the matchmaker did a bad job at. If you can explain what you felt was a problem in it that would be helpful as well.

Do not post matchids for games that were within the past 24 hours from this post. Games older than that are fine and games going forward are fine.

I was the only player on my team to crack 20k damage, my paradox and graves mid lane went 0/14 and 0/13 respectively.

The enemy Mina walked out of lane with 10 kills

This was genuinely ggs from lane phase, which doesn’t happen often, but there was actually nothing to do. It was damage control from minute 5 and we lost at 22 mins

Like genuinely how did this game get put together??? Ascendant 3 lobby SO THEY SAY

What does this result in? Frustration, which often leads to players going AFK and ultimately ruining the experience for the rest of their team.


In Deadlock, comebacks are possible—but only when everyone is actively trying to play. That becomes unfeasible when teammates don’t grasp fundamental aspects of the game and are placed in matches well above their actual skill level.


This situation is frustrating for new players, who are thrown into environments they’re not prepared for, and equally frustrating for experienced players, whose matches are negatively impacted by these mismatches.

This is absolutely fucking disgusting.

27 minutes. 214K to 132K souls. 40 to 7 in the kills. The Talon spent the entire game being a complete asshole.

This lack of moderation is going to kill this game. This behavior keeps getting worse. It's clear people know they can get away with it.
 
Cheaters should be immediately perma banned but morons on Valve can't hire 2 people to do it. It's obvious that the anti-cheat never works (Dota 2 and CS are proof). But at least 2 people can do this job and manually ban cheaters. It's okay tho, it's just an alpha game. :)
Valve not only actively allows (does not ban) cheating, in dota 2, the game auto joins and opens chat lobbies on launch that are nothing but spam advertisements for cheating

Valve, quite literally, promotes and advertises cheats to every dota 2 player every time they launch the game......

and that's not even the worse part!

The report system is literally an unaudited vote to punish system, where it's considered CORRECT for 4 intentional feeders to report a non feeder for griefing and get the non feeder banned IF the 4 intentional feeders WANTED the non feeder to feed....

if that was confusing I'll just qoute steam support "If your whole team was intentionally feeding, and you were not when they wanted you too, then the reports and ban are valid."

Literally going to convicted murders and since they all vote that a random guy is ACTUALLY the murderer, they all go free and he servers all their time.....that's Valves ACTIVE policy.....it's insane what they get away with doing b/c they have a monopoly over peoples game libraries.

Funny how steam locking your purchases to them never causes an uproar when it does for everybody else...
