After the latest update, my twink account (https://steamcommunity.com/id/VALEDOL34235/) was deranked from Ascendant VI to Seeker II, even though I have not played enough matches with such bad results to justify such a massive loss of rank.
Right now, when I launch the game, I basically have to carry the entire map.
In almost every match, players in chat accuse me of cheating, boosting, or smurfing and blame me for ruining their gameplay experience. As a result, I am forced to apologize, explain myself, and even encourage them to report me, while in reality I just want my previous rank back on this account.
I believe it is unfair to remove so much rank froma player who consistently has a positive K/D even in Ascendant-level lobbies, and because of a technical issue or bug is now placed against players far below their actual skill level. I kindly ask you to review my account and restore a rank that matches my MMR and past performance.

55690444 - I am Oracle 6 queueing with an Archon 6, and we ended up in a Ritualist 4 lobby as per the in game display on scoreboard? Looking at Statlocker it also says that everyone besides us was solo queued so I don't know how this lobby happened.

im pretty scrub tier; i think i've never been higher than seeker
i was playing venator for the first time, the night he came out. so obv im not very skilled with him
one of my team mates (the calico if that helps) was completely new to the game. they had to ask about how to use the zipline, how to secure souls, run urn, etc.
despite all of these factors, the enemy team seemed to be pretty stacked
at least half of them all had perfect min-maxxed builds that were melting or even one-shotting us
they definitely knew how to play their characters. one of them was playing my main, and dare i say, they might have had more steeze than me with her
felt like a pretty unfair sweep. idt that's what an initiate ii lobby should be like lol

Bad matchmaking again...I literally had to ditch the match because it was a one side train wreck. Also why can't I just pick the character I want? What the actual fuck is this stupid ass priority token things. Find other ways to make money please!
Before the "ooooh it makes the queues faster". I'd rather sit in a 10 minute queue and get the hero I want than get into a 1 hour game which makes me regret opening deadlock.
