oracle smurf with 80 total games in a ritualist lobby? if its not a smurf your facing, its a forced loss with 3 feeders on your team, if you dont get the feeders you get a quitter. Other then that the rest of the games are amazing

50954237 got paried with retarded bots again, leading to very unfun games. waste of time with these retards bots. It looks like after long win streaks, you get paired with almost an entire team of initiates... no idea why the game thinks it is oracle 5

The entire enemy team was a 5-stack and one solo Haze. You would do anything and immediately get jumped by the entire team. They completely smoked my team with 71 kills and an 86k soul difference. 5-stacks should not go against a anything but another 5-stack. A normal pub, especially where I'm at in the rankings, has no counter to almost the entire team sitting in call together. I like this game but matches like this are insanely frustrating and not fun.

I can't understand why you're creating such a system?
Why are you creating unfair matchmaking?
Three games in a row, you're throwing hidden-pool players at me so I can try to win. Why create such a system???
I don't understand.
You can't separate cheaters from normal players, but you're creating a win rate system for talentless people. It's simply disgusting; I feel terrible when I try to win games like this.
Let's take it one step at a time.
Game 1 - Match ID 50959755
Look at the screenshot with the ranks. Do you really think this is a fair distribution of ratings within a team?
You're throwing me against 5 Asс players, throwing Phantoms and Oracles into my team. Naturally, we'll lose.
Did you really just create a system that calculates the arithmetic mean of ratings? @Yoshi
Is this the vaunted Valve?

Second game - match ID 50963612
This is what I wrote about in the previous answer.
Players with low integrity and apparently poor cognitive abilities are thrown into my team just to even out the win rate. Do you think this is a fair system?
Or do you have a low-priority system that nobody knows about?
Please analyze these matches. It's obvious that at the same level of play, there are people who play adequately and people who play poorly.
And for some reason, they're mixing us.
I notice this trend all the time.
First, you get thrown into normal lobbies, and then you have to play in a lobby like this to get a chance to get into a lobby without toxics and ruiners.
You have win streaks, and then you're thrown into low priority, and you just suffer for days until you get out.
In the game, skill hasn't mattered for a long time. You continue to slow down the game and fix heroes to make it as team-based as possible. Grinding your rank is practically impossible.

And the third game
Match ID 50967160
I'm getting three premutes, and the guys are just running around and fighting, not the slightest hint of macro play.
In this section, I want to talk about the developer's changed vision of the game and why the last year hasn't been as fun to play as it was at the beginning of the test in 2024.
I think you're unnecessarily slowing down the game and making it so stifling. I understand that you're trying to make it so people pay less for mistakes and can turn games around, but as soon as everyone gets used to the patch, everything returns to normal.
And every game turns into either a long victory or a long defeat.
After the patch with the HP increase for walkers in the side lanes and the Patron invulnerability mechanic, and to this day, about 70% of my games are stifling, long, and sweaty.
You've been systematically slowing down the game, fixing heroes, movement, and buffing buildings, patch after patch. As a result of such decisions, the game becomes slow, cumbersome, and exhausting.
You don't feel a strong sense of joy from a difficult game, but rather relief that it's over.
I think one reasonable solution is to introduce mechanics for different ranked leagues with different game balances.
For example, one league is a sports league, where all heroes are nerfed, emphasizing teamfights and tactics.
Another league is for grinding, where you can remove the 50% system, balance the game not toward slowing down and nerfing heroes and the game, but rather toward increasing the speed of the game by increasing the strength of heroes, and so on.
At least, I believe such a system would be appropriate at lower levels of play, because the barrier to entry is currently very high. People simply don't want to play solo for long periods of time because the games are too long, stifling, and there's nothing to do alone.
Introducing a lighter, faster version of the game will allow new players to finish games quickly, be less frustrated by losses, and be motivated to play solo.
BUT I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT SUCH A SYSTEM CAN ONLY BE IMPLEMENTED WITH A PROPER ONLINE PLAYER. UNFORTUNATELY, THE GAME'S ONLINE PLAYER PLAYER RIGHT NOW IS LOW.
This is just a concept, but I'm sure if you think about it, you can come up with something worthwhile.
If you're even reading this forum and my posts make sense...

Players are now literally naming themselves Smurf, Smurfette, smurf1, smurf2, etc.. I just had a match that was 2 - 34 kills in the first 15 minutes.

The devs of this game are the worst developers to ever exist, i have never seen anything even remotely this broken. Insane that they even have jobs let alone at Valve.

This game in itself is giving Valve a terrible name.

To be clear, I'll attach this video, which perfectly demonstrates the level of competition in the current version of the ranking system.
People just go AFK.
No one wants to sweat an extra 15-20 minutes with a 70-80% chance of losing.
I won't even mention the matchmaking and hero selection. Heroes can often be thrown in without synergy or simply against a strong combo.

You're wasting your time brother. Valve does not care.

Time to stop playing Valve multiplayer games, then. This one at least is dead to me at this point. Maybe if they fix the matchmaking, deal with smurfs, and get rid of cheating but at this rate I'm done. I'd have serious questions about buying it on release after seeing how bad the cheating is.

The selling point is the multiplayer experience. Right now it's unplayably bad.

@Yoshi
^^^^^ The PERFECT example of them purposely stacking every feeder on one team for a guaranteed loss. (check statlocker stats)

You cant tell me otherwise. (The KELVIN has 4 total games under his belt, VINDICTA 2 games, BILLY 2 games. I have 2000...) Three brand new players and their Geist is an Oracle 5.

What am i supposed to do here? This team had absolutely no idea what they were doing and this is a consistent pattern that i consistently see.

Dont try to tell me they dont purposely have games set up like this and ELO Hell isnt real because this happends more then 50 % of the time.

Honestly valve you are going to lose alot of players if this isnt fixed in the upcomign patches. I know im not gonna put up with this stuff much longer. And its funny i say some stuff in game cuz your MM triggers me so damn much and i catch a ban for 6 hours. lmao.

Youre going to lose your loyal player base if this isnt fixed soon, no one wants to waste their life on this bullsh*t consistantly.

Lash seems to be being boosted by either friends or bought boost as he is queued with 3 new account, which all have under 20 games with 100% win rate, in game they felt very weird and while watching replay its easily seen that vindicta, visc and infernus are blatantly cheating, aim and wall.

very fun, balanced and enjoyable matchmaking going up against three cheaters on new account. Vindicta having a very fresh game ban as well. I have to give this game a 9/10 based on the fairness of this lobby. Good job, keep this up please, been a while since ive had this much fun. :)

The ranks of these players was absolutely all over the place. For an Arcanist lobby, there was an archon, an oracle, and an ASCENDANT abrams who went 30/3/7. What gives? That's not matchmaking, it's sealclubbing.

Smurfs, hackers, boosting. These are all standard Valve requirements for any of their games.
