Let someone else who actually has integrity take over because clearly, you favor greed and corruption over actual enforcement of rules.

The MM needs some kind of fix or ranks need to be disincentivized from play until launch. Not only are so many lopsided games insanely unfun to play, it also encourages people to onetrick heroes and play extremely selfishly, severely harming the feel of the game.

Game is going really well for our team, then someone's crit damage is out of control and they can see our every move. To confirm, I go inside a veil and just sit there. Paige and their whole team immediately walk right in there, then claim I was seen on the map. Can you please ban obvious cheaters? We didn't deserve this loss.

42095345, the emmissarry billy player, TheSightz (if you are reading this, fuck you,) spent at least 5 minutes on mic beneath our walker literally screaming, after pausing the match to take a bong rip and hard feeding lane. meanwhile he was screaming, i took the guardian and most of the walker hp, he goes and kills himself under walker to finish taking it, then continues his tyrade on mic. I DID ALL THE WORK, GROW SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR TEAMMATES. he throws by just going afk in jungle for the rest of the game.
I am seeker 3, (i ranked up to 4 but back down due to the second match) and he is emmissary 3. He has the mental fortitude of a kindergartener, how is he in my match and how am i still being placed with brand new players? (no hate to newbies)
second match, 3 of my teammates cannot secure A SINGLE KILL. the other team wipes us, ivy solo pushes into lash slams until she ragequits, game is a total noncompete, and there is no option to abandon until like 20 minutes in. actual agony.
Lash is ritualist 5, ivy is obscurus. there is evidently a skill gap here, and i could have told you that 2 minutes into lane, and i wasn't even IN THE LANE.

If I solo queue, I expect to be matched with other solo queuers so the game is balanced and fair for everyone.
In this match, the enemy team, Sapphire Flames, had 3–4 people queued together. Even just a duo with communication can carry a game, so having 3–4 players together is unfair. None of my teammates were in a group—we were all solo queuers facing a coordinated stack.
Please fix your matchmaking.

I have never played a game in which the matchmaking's skill matching had been so terrible. Even COD has better matchmaking than this. Unlike COD, I can't carry a whole team by myself when it doesn't seem like they don't possess two brain cells that can click together to follow simple strategies. No amount of shotcalling has saved any of my games - lord knows I have tried. Elo hell is real in this game
At least give me an option to reset my rank so I can at least place in a rank that has smarter, more competent players

Somehow we have a 4x increase in playercount since the new heroes dropped and the matchmaking has gotten WORSE? I genuinely can't believe it, shit like this is just a waste of my fucking time

Victor seemed brand new to the game, this was Infernus's first game probably smurfing as he was stealing every soul and playing well. Mirage was supposedly the highest rank in our game but hasn't played in forever. Viscous seemed significantly better. Viscous and Paradox are Phantom and hard carried. I'm Archon and have won 2 of my 11 Billy games.

Eternus 6 in a trio stack with phantoms on the other team while I'm triod with an oracle and a phantom (I was archon 1 before this game). We lose because our team has the lower ranked team but I lose an entire rank over this game. If I play on the other team however I wont climb from this game. Please either make it clear how mmr differences between teams impact gain/loss. I should not be losing ranks for going against a team we had 0 chance beating in the first place.

Some interesting context when checking lane stats on this game:
Both lanes I had no control over lost with a huge margin.
If this doesn't tell you that there's something wrong with how these players were teamed up against eachother, then I don't know what would.

I don't think they look into the reports. It's just there so you feel good about reporting people after game.

I checked these games on statlocker and you had:
- a 69% advantage in lane first game Y (enemy advantage Y: 11%, B: 19%)
- a 24% advantage second game B (enemy advantage G: 2%, team 24% Y)
- a 7% advantage third game B (enemy advantage Y: 16%, team B: 7%)
- a 8% advantage fourth game B (enemy advantage Y: 46%, G: 26%)
- a 27% advantage fifth game G (enemy advantage Y: 6%, B 12%)
Statlocker wouldn't let me check the live map on all games, but from what I can tell it's a matter of as soon as a fight starts somewhere the entire team comes running and over-engages, leading to brawls where you lose objectives without kills, meaning they have reduced souls gained in lane too. They're basically denying themselves the resources to win the game.
A pretty good example where you too participate in this is in the game 41995416 where you lose paradox and are down one player but still fight in the open when you lost objective already and mid is being pushed.
I feel like players overall, especially new ones, chase kills way way way too much. They think they're playing a regular hero shooter when it should be thought of as a economy simulator and fast scrims. This is something I see in my own games too. A fight starts to defend a walker, then more players join in and once the enemy disengages my team chases, gets turned on and lose the fight, leading to death times where they can't farm AND losing the walker anyway.
The biggest issue with matchmaking isn't players mechanical skills, it's the insane difference in macro knowledge.

Pretty much all my matches are horribly mismatched. I go against way better players (always higher rank) and usually get destroyed and it's reached a point where this game is unstreamable for me. I just sit there being miserable getting pathetic numbers and it's not a good look for your game if people see that. Why does your matchmaker think im the best player in EU?
I mean check this out 42253484. Im Seeker 4 so why am I in an Arcanist lobby?
Im not even convinced I should be Seeker 4 because even in Seeker 4 matches this happens:
If you watch the match you might think like "Man Sif, you play like you have an IQ of 60" well yes I do because I do have an IQ of 60. So why am I Seeker 4?
