Bad Matchmaking Thread

if feel like the infern - Deacon had an aim lock of some kind, he was getting unusual damage consistency that he shouldn't have with the movement my team and myself were doing. constantly had after burn active.

They even dare to do death threats to me after feeding 12 times. These people had absolutely no ideea how to play the game.

At this point, the matchmaking algorithm is even pitting Initiate Is against a rank higher than the other. It's probably more anecdotal but for the last 7 matches i've been, all the teammates i have would refuse to push, focus squarely on team fights and will refuse to group up for said pushes only to die one by one. It's you can almost say it's predictable and deliberate on part of the matchmaking algorithm to gather these people as my teammates.

60K players now and rising, no excuse for rank disparities this insane. Babysitting new players is not fun! Does the tutorial need an update? Teaching players when good times to push are? Or the general loop of when to disengage fights to go defend when you aren't getting fast enough picks?

Very typical of at least 50% of my games. I got moved from archon to initiate 1 for some ungodly reason and I have had about a good match since out of 50ish.

I understand its an "early development build" (that plays like a complete game ready for release..) but matchmaking has been horrendous for over a year now, since you removed the ranked/standard split. Since ranks got removed (?) or reset and MM is completely random now I dont understand how you get any valuable testing data out of these matches at all.
 
For the past 3 days (30th August to September 1st) We've had 8 losses in a row. These were all complete stomps from the laning phase to the very end. We're paired with weaker team mates that don't pass 10k damage during a 40 minute match while the opposite team is just not comparable. It has been like this for 3 days without break. We've been playing this game for a long time now and we had an even winrate up to this point. Here are the match IDs:

Being steamrolled every game is so much fun. I don't think my team even understood the basics. Never bothered with the urn and was like 70K souls down at the end.

2-3 opposing players got 50% ahead on souls really quickly (not even sure how, there aren't that many souls on the map?)
Deadlock matchmaking is pretty awful right now, lot of work to do there
