English:
I have experienced two completely nonsensical and unfair matchmakings in terms of the ELO proposed by the game:
1st game: Match ID 38765628: You could really feel the rank difference in the lanes. While I had a moderately challenging lane, my teammates were completely crushed, and by the time I tried to help them, it was already impossible due to how strong their laners had become.
2nd game: Match ID 38791061: This match honestly feels like a joke, due to how unfair and unbalanced it turned out to be. There is no way a match can be considered fair when the enemy team is over 12 divisions higher than us in the game’s ELO system. I don’t see how the system could interpret this as proper matchmaking. I would honestly have preferred not to play this match rather than have my team used as practice bots by much more experienced players. I truly see this as a serious flaw; I don’t know how many matches like this I could endure before wanting to quit the game, and I doubt I’m the only player who feels this way.
I must also add that, based on the names “Holliday” and “Sinclair,” I can tell that at least two of them were premade on different lanes, which leads me to conclude they were a group of at least three players—likely two went to a lane together and the other was on a separate lane. However, it’s possible they were an even larger premade group. In my humble opinion, this only adds more problems and makes the match even more unfair.
The level of coordination between friends over Discord or another program will always be superior to that of random players. Therefore, shouldn’t a large premade group receive an ELO disadvantage, rather than the other way around? Because the ones who suffer the disadvantage are solo queue players, since, as expected, not all players communicate—and often not even signals are sent.
P.S.: I find it curious that in both matches where there was a huge ELO gap, the system gave me “Pocket,” which is certainly my worst character among the ones I have selected as priority picks. I’m sure it’s not the one I play best with, and therefore I have the lowest ELO with it. This leads me to conclude that the matchmaking system not only put me against enemies with much higher ELO, but also gave me my worst character to face them. It’s a character I’m trying to learn to master, but I could hardly practice it in such a match where the disadvantage was so overwhelming.
