Bad Matchmaking Thread

Win 6 in a row, rank doesnt move. Lose 3 in a row, rank drops from oracle 1 to archon 4. Win 1 more, nothing changes. Lose this one because it was a 2v6, drop into archon 3. Wraith shit talks the Shiv in VC saying he "sucked ass" last match then proceeds to play like this. I dont believe that im somehow that bad that the game thinks i should be in this rank with these animals...

47882771 multiple teammates appear to be actual bot accounts, unable to do anything all game, ending with nearly 0 dmg and spending most of the time shooting at the floor. Was able to somehow do more damage than the team combined in a solo lane

I'm just not enjoying the game as much because the amount of fun, competitive matches isn't there anymore. After playing 8 games today, only one was an enjoyable back and forth, close match. The other 7 were stomps either by my team or the other. I don't have fun when my team rolls the other team. And it certainly isn't fun being on the receiving end.
Had to take a screenshot of this game that had a 20k soul difference at 20m. How is this supposed to represent an Oracle V lobby? Presumably meant to represent the top ~30% of players?
I know that this isn't exact because of the API restrictions or whatever. This doesn't look like a proper bell graph which leads me to believe that there is something wrong with how rank/skill is calculated. Could also be that I just don't understand this and am way out of my element as someone who plays games and doesn't make them. I love this game, I want it to succeed, but holy fucking shit guys. Matchmaking needs to be looked at and a huge point of emphasis going forward otherwise players are going to come to the same conclusion... the game isn't fun when lopsided matchmaking is the norm.

They ruined this game without anti-cheat, no placement matches, smurfs. Just completely sad state. There is no ability to progress winning and 1 loss can make you rank down whole tiers.
Allowing level 10 and below steam accounts, private steam accounts, vac ban (within 5 years), steam accounts with 0$ purchase, steam accounts with less than 7 friends, letting steam account less than 1 year old even be invited to the game.
It is clear they don't care about what it happening. They are allowing it. They want it to happen. So, they can collect all the data to ward against later. But it is only worth it if we can see progress or light at the end of the tunnel and no one does.

very common to play with or against users that have a new steam account (1 or 0 level), some are cheaters, some smurfs.. every game is a stomp on my side or the other, the patch literally ruined the game even more than it was before in terms of balance and it's literally unplayable, don't even mention having fun.. I understand that this is a test but they need to do something about this

No one, but cheaters and smurfs would complain if they banned level 0-1 steam accounts from being able to play the game. (Only for the alpha, not like forever) At least make them spent the .50 cents to buy the steam account second hand anyways. Never stop it, but the more annoying it is to do the less it will happen.
