If someone is new and gets lucky with a few early games where their team carries them, they end up placed way too high even with builds like these. It’s just not fun when you’ve invested a lot of hours into the game, and experiences like this start to undermine the whole ranked experience. It's just a coinflip who ends up having the new player way up their rank.
