There are too many matches where the ranking system feels like it has no real meaning, and tiers don't help differentiate players' skill levels. Plus, there are too many games where hackers run amok. It seems like the developers of this game aren't doing their job

26921885 seemed like either other team was way higher rank or it had 2 duos or another way of stacking meanwhile my team as full of randoms. Not excluding possibility of cheating (wallhacking most likely) but it takes hours to get replay to work so i cant confirm it right now

Since the patch I've had a series of really unbalanced games that have 1-2 players on one of the teams that don't understand fundamental parts of the game enough to meaningfully participate:
26946659 - The lane that was against the opposing bebop fed so hard that the game was a stomp
26941147 - I won this one but the haze and ivy on the enemy team completely ruined the game for their competent teammates by feeding
26932049 - Multiple players on my team kept taking and losing fights where they were 1v3 or more, meaning we were down a person for every teamfight
26881126 - Bebop relentlessly fed yamato to the point that we couldn't deal with her
26876553 - Warden kept playing alone and getting picked off, meaning we were down a person for every teamfight
26814247 - Haze got obliterated in lane and fed hard enough that we never recovered
The people who are feeding are not understanding basic rules of the game like "don't push solo into the full enemy team when we have 3 people dead" or "defend the walker when a solo enemy pushes into it". It's really frustrating to feel like I'm constantly fighting an uphill battle against a teammate who's feeding away any soul advantage I get, or to feel like I had a win handed to me because I was able to bully somebody who's brand new to the game.
I really like deadlock but the quality of unranked matches has dropped off sharply and ranked isn't always an option.

Some unranked games. I have found that the game is extremely difficult to win in general when I'm playing as a group of friends, but when I queue solo, I do extremely well. I'm pretty sure I'm similar skill as my friends, the games are just terrible overall and none of the people on our team are able to handle the enemies, not just me. Sometimes there are obvious examples of new players getting matched against highly experienced players, like this game where yellow lane had a 200-300% soul difference for the entire match.

7 ranked losses in a row, generally either caused by a severe skill gap from one or more players compared to others in the game:
26972628 - Wraith ranked too low and Seven ranked far too high
26968717 - Completely imbalanced teams
26963467 - Kelvin and McGinnis ranked too high compared to all other players in game, Abrams and Mirage ranked too low
26958564 - Mo & Krill ranked too low compared to all other players in game
26822922 - Seven ranked too high
26816026 - Paradox ranked too high
26810066 - Grey Talon ranked too low, Wraith and Kelvin ranked too high
Another couple of recent interesting ones:
26688879 - Viscous and Seven ranked far too high
26562891 - Abrams ranked too low compared to rest of team
More generally I have some observations:
- Obscurus players being matched with ranked players doesn't seem to work very well. The matchmaking doesn't seem to be able to judge them appropriately and generally they end up being a complete wildcard ranging from feeding and contributing nothing because they don't seem to understand the fundamentals of the game, to completely carrying their team.
- As we move through the weeks the ranks seem to be becoming less and less accurate. It's quite common for an archon to perform worse than an emissary or for a ritualist to perform better than an emissary. This is interesting because I'd have assumed the opposite would be true, ie. as the weeks go on, imbalances from unranked boosting would self-correct. Although it could just be that the boosting problem is so severe that it will take much longer than a few weeks for this to balance out.
- The general team balancing seems to have taken a massive dive. When ranked first came out the teams seemed to be far more well balanced, whereas now it feels more like there's a clear imbalance between the teams in almost every game. The skill gap between the teams often feels more like a chasm these days - I can't remember the last ranked game I played that felt like a real "gg" moment.
- Unranked matchmaking seems to work better than ranked at the moment. No idea why this would be, but the teams are generally much more well matched and as a result the games are much more enjoyable.

26991771 I've never complained about matchmaking before. This is the first game in nearly 600 games that felt like something was totally wrong. Everyone on the enemy team was denying orbs long into the midgame, which is usually rare around my rank. People usually relax but these guys were playing like they were on ti main stage. I'm sure there was a large party on both sides or something and their low ranks are not reasonable. These guys should all be eturnus or at least ascendant. They shouldn't be in a game with me imo.
