I don't know where to write. One idea that your company has been catastrophically under-thought since 2012 from csgo.
I play solo / The selection constantly puts me in matches not soloq (I understand it's hard to do soloq search, there aren't enough players)
But we are getting to the main problem. If suddenly, I am not liked by one of the enemy players, I receive more than one report. If suddenly, we had a conflict with 1 teammate, ( and this is inevitable, this is a competitive environment , all participants experience emotional stress) I receive a report not from 1 player, but from a large number at once. (apparently he asks his friends to report me too).
And so we get a system where I throw 1 report at 1 person, and 4 reports come to me. Is this fair? Does this reflect my real behavior? And the real behavior of the 2nd party? You haven't solved this problem for 12 years.
