Another coms ban (didn't say a single negative or bad word)

Like I genuinely want valve to look at my matches, I even sent Yoshi the game that I got banned for, as a matchid, and tell me exactly what got me banned. Because I was very aware of the things I said and didn't say, and I can 100% promise you I didn't say a single thing that warrants a ban. Like I legit want them to cone through my chat logs, and see that I didn't use mic for the very reason that someone could interpret my voice tone as wrong and report me, and when I typed I didn't say anything even close to bannable. They have access to it, I want them to look at my logs and point to what I said that got me banned.

there is nothing to see. You dont need to do anything wrong to get banned all it takes is for people to dislike your name, the hero you play or that you did not swap lanes with them when they asked for it.

You know, I don't think this is as big of a problem as people are making it out to be. I see the same 10 to 15 (ish) people posting the same topic over and over. It's always the same story:
  • 'I got banned and I'm totally innocent.'
  • 'Well... I did [insert thing they did].'
Then...
  • 'But you can do this in [insert other game/situation].'
Is the system abusable? Yes. Are there false reports? Yes. Is it being abused to the extent you're all making it out to be? I doubt it (just my personal opinion). You have a handful of folks on the forums with this problem out of around 50,000 active players. Let's be liberal with the numbers and say there are 30 people here complaining about this. Out of 50,000, that represents roughly 0.0006% of the player base.

Here are some tips:
Why is it always the same repeat offenders with these issues?

One change I do wish they would implement is at least telling players what caused the ban. They have the data, so just send a notification to a player when they are chat-restricted saying, 'You are banned from chat because [insert action they did].'
Why don't games and apps do the last suggestion?? It's just Chinese or maybe Korean developers that do this kinda. They post lists of people who were banned and they will show part of the name lol. League Of Legends will SOMETIMES tell you someone was banned or notified. The worst things I've seen players do got 0 notifications.
