The hero targets an area and that AOE is considered a bottomless pit or not a floor.
This means that enemy heroes in that area are considered 'falling' and cannot move through walking-means or refresh their stamina use.
I think if the hero is 'falling' they can surf/bhop through the air to move still...
Works as an anti-escape tool or anti-engage tool.
Not entirely sure how useful it is, merely a concept/idea while watching a 'Strinova' game agent ability compilation.
