After the 4/10 update that re-enabled self-casting for Bebop’s bomb, I experienced a noticeable delay when casting the ability using a single button press.
Setup / Settings:
Character: Bebop
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Result:
Suspected Cause / TLDR:
The double-tap alt cast window is being applied to normal casts, causing the game to wait however long is set via "double tap cast window" setting before registering inputs on normal casts.
Setup / Settings:
Character: Bebop
- ALT-cast method: Double-tap enabled
- Casting Mode: Instant cast
- Keybinds: Default (no recent changes)
Steps to Reproduce:
- Enable double-tap for self-cast in settings
- Select Bebop
- Use instant cast for the 2 ability
- Press the ability key once while within range of an enemy (normal, non-self cast on enemy)
Expected Result:
- The ability should cast immediately within range of enemy on a single key press
- Double-tap alt cast should ONLY affect alt cast behavior, NOT normal casts
Actual Result:
- A delay occurs before the ability is cast, even with a single key press
- The delay in (normal, non-alt) casting seems to be equal to the "double tap cast window" slider in settings.
