Mina Sanguine Retreat Ability casting mode is affected by alternate cast settings (UPDATED)

Description: When casting mode is set to Instant Cast, Mina's second ability Sanguine Retreat still uses the quick cast setting when 'Alternate cast' is set to double tap. This is true even when using hero specific settings, and setting the casting mode for Sanguine Retreat to Instant Cast. As far as I know, Sanguine Retreat does not have an alternate cast option.

Instant Cast: Casting begins when the key is pressed.
Quick Cast: Casting begins when the key is released.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. In Settings, Set 'Casting Mode' to 'Instant Cast', EDIT: Set 'Alternate cast' to 'double tap'
2. Press and hold down the key bound to Sanguine Retreat
3. Release the key bound to Sanguine Retreat

Expected: Mina should start casting Sanguine Retreat as soon as the ability key is pressed (step 2) - so on the positive edge. Regardless of what the alternate cast setting is.

Actual: Mina only starts casting Sanguine Retreat when the ability key is released (step 3) - so on the negative edge. Casting does not begin while the ability key is held down.

The steps are reproduced in the attached video file. Also, you can see that while the key assigned to sanguine retreat is held, the ability icon is highlighted meaning the game registers the input. Casting only begins when the key is released. Additionally, the second cast of Sanguine Retreat is entirely lost because the ability key was released after the recast window expired, even though it was pressed within the casting window.

Edited the post, realized that the issue actually involves the 'alternate cast' setting interfering with the instant cast setting. I had set alternate cast to double tap in the video recording.
