A hero with a bolt action rifle

So we have so many different weapon types like revolvers, heavy machine guns, burst ar's, full auto ar's and shotguns. But we don't have a hero with bolt action rifle. And i think a hero with a weapon like kar98, mosin nagant or m1903 springfield would be very fun to play. It will be just like revolvers but a bit slow fire rate, more damage range and very limited ammo, difficult to use but rewarding with the high damage.

I was thinking something like you cant just keep firing constantly by holding LMB you need to actually shoot every bullet one by one just like the hunting rifle on left 4 dead
