Shooting a target creates a spotlight around them that expands the more bullets you hit. Making them unable to be affected by their teams' abilities and items and other enemy players cannot enter the spotlight. The spotlight starts at 3m radius and grows to 6m. Can only affect one player at a time. 5 second duration.

That sounds pretty sick but I feel like not being able to be affected by abilities and items would be somewhat absurd, but creating a zone around them that their teammates can't enter sounds pretty cool, I feel like a sick effect would be that while the spotlight is on them you can see them through walls, and they're counted as having line of sight no matter what, given the name.
