I have no hero concept just this kit

1. Seeking Wave, a wave flows outward from the hero in all directions, traveling like one of those environment scanners. Heroes jumping or in the air can avoid this. The wave travels for 60m and the damage box is 5m in width, damages the first heroes hit for full damage, and each other for half damage. 30 second cooldown. Charges
40 Damage, .3 scaling.
Lv 1 -10 Second Cooldown
Lv 2 +2 Charges
Lv 3 +.8 scaling, 2 more heroes are hit for full damage.

2. Lockdown 20 sec cooldown, 15m cast range
Force a hero onto the ground for 3 seconds, they can still use abilities and stamina.
Lv 1 +10m cast range
Lv 2 +1 Second Duration
Lv 3 +Adds an aoe around the original target that affects anyone around a 10m radius.

3. Travel, you sink into the ground (not literally) and travel along surfaces at much greater speed, you are still targetable and are affected by CC however you cannot perform any other actions while in this. This can be used to scale walls, and ceilings, etc. 2 Second Duration, sets your speed to 15m/s, 25 second cooldown.
Lv 1 +2 Seconds Durations
Lv 2 +5 m/s
Lv 3 +You gain unstoppable for the duration.

4. Uneasy Terrain, in a 100m radius from the hero, all surfaces become difficult to move in, causing all enemy heroes to suffer a 30% slow and disables stamina REGEN. 100 second CD, lasts 6 seconds
Lv 1 +20% slow
Lv 2 +Removes 1 stamina from all enemies inside and when they enter
Lv 3 +Forces all enemies onto the ground that are inside the radius first.
