1. Misfortune The hero sees bad luck in an enemies future. Putting a debuff on them that saps 50% of their current spirit resist and deals damage over time.
8 Second CD, Lasts 4 seconds. 20 damage per second, .8 scaling
Lv 1 +1 second duration
Lv 2 +Jumps one time to another enemy hero within a 20m radius for the full duration
Lv 3 +Jumps an additional time

2. Good Fortune. The hero edits fate to twist good fortune for their teammates. Bullets seem to just miss one target hero.
Permanent buff that can be moved every 30 seconds to one hero at a time. Grants one friendly hero a 10% chance a bullet simply passes through them.
Lv 1 +If cast on a teammate, you gain the effect at half effectiveness.
Lv 2 +5% chance
Lv 3 +The first 5 seconds after the buff is freshly applied now cause all bullets to pass through the target.

3. Palm Reading. Place an invisible ward on the ground (this does not grant sight), the next enemy hero that casts a non-ultimate ability gets that ability canceled, activating the ward and does damage to everyone standing on it. Enemy heroes still see it being placed.
100 damage 1.1x scaling, lasts 30 seconds, 30 second cooldown, 10m radius
Lv 1 -10 second cooldown
Lv 2 +5m radius
Lv 3 +All heroes in the rune are now silenced for 2 seconds after activation.

4. Ponder. The hero ponders their orb, revealing all heroes on the map for a short time. Lasts 3 seconds, 150 second CD
Lv 1 +3 Second Duration
Lv 2 Grants your team +4 m/s move speed for the duration.
Lv 3 Deals 1 damage to all enemies
