60FPS Lock Regardless of Settings

Good afternoon,


I have been having very solid performance however there are times when I boot the game it stays locked at 60fps, regardless of what the Maximum FPS settings are as well as V-sync and refresh rate settings. I can put the settings into the lowest or highest visual settings and it will stay locked. Sometimes the FPS will unlock itself after a match.

Check if MSI after burner has an fps lock to games or another software like that. then make sure Dashboard max FPS and in-game max fps are maxxed
