Hi Yoshi, Viktor’s win rate has dropped significantly after the latest nerf, and I’d like to suggest an idea to buff him. What if he could gain stacks from kills? This would encourage a more active playstyle on Viktor instead of farming the jungle for 20 minutes. In return for the stacks, he could gain health regeneration or an overall boost to healing.

Some buffs to make rem more intuitive and a bit better.

Allow Rem to Heal for the complete duration that he attached to his ally (Not the burst heal every jump but the regen should be active while tagged even if you have to decrease it)

Add another Lil Helper to Rem T2 AP Update so that he has 5 Lil Helpers in Total

Allow Rem to use Lil Helpers to pick up unsecured souls
