Have you considered opening a forum/thread for "unjustified bans"? It seems like nowadays half the "bug" posts are just someone complaining the matchmaking wigged out and handed them a disconnect.

I'm not sure where to post this in the forums. Have you or the team discussed the possibility of maybe adding a Crowd Control number tracker in the post-game scoreboard?
I believe it could incentivized more support oriented play / "CC" item utilization because players would want to get the bright colored (maybe orange colored?) trophy for most CCs in game in the post-game scoreboard lol. -
