Used grapple on a Sinclair, as Yamato, that was the health total necessary to die from said grapple. As I was traveling, the Sinclair swapped spots with his assistant and I traveled with him. The Sinclair was at the top of the steps in Blue Lane with the assistant very far away, it appeared to be a tunnel near mid boss. On my way to the swapped Sinclair, I killed him, then proceeded to appear in Calico and Rems tunnel area. I found it funny at first, but unsticking didn't fix the problem. No amount of unsticking would fix the problem, tried disconnecting to see if my character would appear eventually at the base. In my haste to reconnect, I mistakenly hit abandon instead of reconnect.
So, three problems here:
1. The grappling of enemies shouldn't bring you to the location of an enemy that gets into a place where Yamato shouldn't be.
2. Unsticking the character model should get you out of more than literally object collisions. If that's too much to ask, make another option to take a death intentionally. There's no way to kill yourself in order to be respawned, if this situation does occur.
3. Maybe an "Are you sure?" , or further spacing with the two buttons would be nice. I know of others that also accidentally abandoned. If this does happen, being able to reconnect a game you abandoned would also be a welcome change.
Mean the best, great game. Excited for the future polishing.
P.S. The fps drops are real if I don't restart my game after every match.
