Ever since the new Wraith changes, I noticed that spamming my Wraith cards doesn't send the cards out. There's either some hidden cooldown preventing the cards from being used, or there's a bug that's preventing the cards from being used. I have my card hotkey on wraith set to my top side mouse button on my G502X and 1. I noticed that this can occur on both my side mouse button and my 1 key, and that using the other hotkey can break out of the cooldown and send out the cards. I'll attach a video of this bug occuring in the lobby, you'll see that the card key is being triggered as the 1 symbol under the card is pulsing, showing the button is in fact being pressed.
