Winter Souvenir disappeared

I did participate and I had it before, but since the most recent update it disappeared. I don't know how to prove that I participated, but here goes.

Update: either my globe only appears when I join my friend's lobby or the snowglobe takes my name instead of my friend's and assumes it's mine

do you have the Showscase button in your profile, to view if you have any skin?

I do not and I'm assuming something went wrong with unlocking my skin during the Winter event. I think the bug here is the fact that it takes my name at the snowglobe when playing with my friend, not the fact that it's missing for me (since I don't have it)
