yes I'm aware it's most likely the arctic blast effect. But why would the arctic blast effect be identical to the parry effect?

i can see how it can be confusing for sure but there is also an audio queue too. i think it is disingenuous to claim that they are identical. it can be hard but try to practice in the range parrying the melee guy with your eyes closed to get a sense for what the parry sounds like (+practice parrying with audio queues will help you not get punched in the back in lane :^) ). lwky just a knowledge check but these pictures should help to distinguish the two
