Auto Parry Cheater interrupted animations that aren't supposed to be interruptable

But I played as viscous against a bebop last night and his auto parry was very blatant. I figured he had auto parry after a lane where I didn't connect a single puddle punch because he parried. What made me suspicious was his parry initiated so soon after i placed the puddle punch that no human could react that fast. What worried me more was that later in the game, he heavy meleed me as i placed a puddle punch and his parry interrupted the heavy melee animation. It also interrupted his ultimate which I don't know if it's supposed to regularly.
 
I watched your clip. He used Fleetfoot to cancel his heavy melee and he did the ult early-cancel tech to cancel his ult. Both are intentional, not bugs. He definitely doesn't have autoparry, as he missed several other parries that he should have hit in that case. He just read you like a book.

Despite the guy being an asshole, I think he may have a point. I muted him for being toxic before. Considering the parries missing, you have to ask yourself if it was due to some auto detection script of it's something a human could make. You have to see if he has some sort of gap, be it before que or after que frame. Gaps imply human error. No gaps imply autoparry script.
