Where's the ally healthbars on the minimap?

There's no way to tell where you should be positioning yourself if you can't see teammates health bars on the minimap.
You already do it for defensive points.
This is a basic feature of every other moba, click on ally on minimap -> see their health in your main view.

So the answer is that you have to glance up, then glance down at the minimap, while shifting your aim at your current task?
I want to play a game, not learn how to move my eyes independently.
