I mean she has eight gun items including glass canon which based on how well shes doing she probably has plenty of stacks on. On top of that , Vyper's firing spread is so crazy that the listed dps is really only if shes directly on top of you. She's incredibly fed and went all in on gun. Your two options are to look at the big number and get mad or go "wait maybe theres something i can buy to punish her for putting all her damage and half her defense on her gun"
