The game keeps freezing randomly and I don't know what to do

I can still hear sound but the screen won't update the image. I normally just try to close the game and rejoin quickly because idk what else to do. I've done like two things to try and fix it but it hasn't worked. Idk how to fix it without know what is causing it. Is there anyway to see a log of what's happened. Please help.

Me and a couple of my friends have the same issue, it seems to happen when you have high ping or ping spikes

I am also experiencing this on the Australian servers, random game hitches that occur during server/ping spikes. Game freezes for a second or two..

Sorry, I don't think it continues to play sound. The graphics freeze up but I can still hit escape to bring up my cursor. Can't do anything other than move it tho and nothing else happens. After a while the game just turns itself off it seems. I've been playing the new Frankenstein character a lot. Idk how else it happens on. My guess is it is with everyone. I would really like some help.
