Weird unrendered textures.

The chain of events was like that:

1. I went into sandbox and was missing most of the textures(in real game too),
2. After that I re-installed the GPU driver (got the latest nvidia gameready 560.94 driver) and the textures came back. But some of them became weird and unrendered, like on the linked screenshot

I got an nvidia 1650 gpu, latest gameready 560.94 driver and use the Direct3D 11 renderer.
