For some reason if Ivy stomps on Holliday with the effects of bounce pad, it tethers her to Ivy and she cannot move, shoot or do anything but you as Holliday are fully vulnerable to attacks from enemies.
I've attached clips to show the bug in action. Unsure what causes it?
