Weighted Shots is currently pretty bland. I mean, OK, it's at least a little interesting, intentionally hurting your own stamina and bullet velocity to squeeze in more weapon damage and spell resists, but it's on the bland side.
And I, as a Dynamo player who wants to land Kinetic Pulses, am offended by people who spend all their time in the air (and dissatisfied by the counterplay options like Knockdown and Arctic and Phantom Strike).
And Celeste has established the concept of gravity variance.
So I think it could be fun if Weighted Shots built up a debuff that increases the target's gravity so that by landing weapon shots I force them to land on the ground more often, giving me more opportunities to stomp.
