Lettie, The Mime That Sees All

from a practical standpoint I think the vision ability and ultimate would be swapped. You don't really need vision in early game and you lack a damage source. The smoke twinkies mentioned could be used as a basic ability, or the clap could be replaced with a single clap that stuns and damages in front of her.

The pidgeons ability could be reworked as an ultimate to send out chester and his friends to locate enemies & follow them for a time (from the sky providing vision) unless they are shot down

she has to have some sort of magic to actually affect anything, so figureing that out could clarify visuals / voicelines

maybe give her an alt attack that's a different 'weapon' from her primary?
this is great feedback, thank you! I’ve been needing a direction to follow when reworking this so this is IMMENSELY helpful. I’ll be adjusting everything soon and posting the updated version!

I like the idea of the imaginary gun. Maybe it does damage but you don't see any bullets.
So bullet velocity items are out of the question.
Ricochet should work similar to Bebop's laser. It should also work similar to Bebop's laser when it comes to Paradox wall (goes straight full).

Split shot should have a FOV cone, that enemies caught in it will get automatically hit, up to a maximum of 2 targets.

in my mime concept and generally in my head such weapon of a mime should be shown as if it has been drawn with a chalk to create a vision that it is not real
