I am not sure, that it is connected to it, but when we checked our steam client it was offline due the weekly restart.
The game was kinda frozen. We heard, that things are happening, people are moving. We got the killfeed and such, but was not able to do anything, and see nobody.
After a restart it was ok, I was able to rejoin. However my teammate couldn't rejoin the game, the option was just not there.
