Warden max 3 when activated does not show that I am being silenced

Warden 3 new max silences until they escape. This is not shown on the hud and instead seems like I can't use any abilities for no reason.

Can confirm this, it doesn't show at all. The only status indicator shown is "immobilized" when you are finally grabbed. The match id for when this happened to me was Street Brawl Match 66147171.
