Whatever gets hit with Screwjab Dagger still gets a stack when hit but it doesn't display how many stacks of its debuff the person or npc has above their health bar unlike every other debuff/stack that can be apply. I'm not sure if this is ONLY with the new health bars enabled as those are the ones I use.
