Design Concept - Health stacking tank who thrives in close range battles and has a ultimate that gives players a boss fight feeling. All numbers are conceptual and can easily be tweaked, mainly there to show the concept rather than the balance. Goal is to essentially have a tank you're going to want ignore however have that be punishable with his ultimate dealing extreme damage if he's at full health. Locking out items so people can't cheese hard with certain lock down items that prevent them from attacking.

Basic Attack - Lobs a lava rock in an arc, causes a small blast when it lands in an AoE.

Ability 1 - Passive : Gain increased size for every 500 bonus health. When you take 200 damage, release a shockwave that gains bonus range based on size dealing 50 damage.

Ability 2 - Take 10% increased damage for the next 4 seconds, after which. Heal back 60% of damage taken within the last 4 seconds

Ability 3 - Toggle : Causes your basic attacks to gain increased blast range and cost 1% of your maximum health. Deals half of the cost in bonus damage.

Ability 4 - When cast, double all size bonuses. Gain increased 1000 bonus health, and 15% Spirit and Bullet resist. After 8 seconds, release an explosion dealing 20% of your current health to enemies within range and lose all bonuses. Can not use Items or Heal during ultimate.
