Visual Bug - Camera Clips Through Picture Frames in Library

Description: > Standing very close to picture frames on the wall in the Hero Customization / Library menu causes texture clipping. The camera looks through the frames and the wall, revealing the buildings outside the map.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the Hero selection or Library menu.

Move the character/camera as close as possible to a picture frame on the wall.

Observe the camera going through the frame and seeing the void/outside geometry.

System: Direct3D 11
