Vindicta unscopes when pressing primary fire

As Vindicta, I can unscope with the primary fire button which causes my shot to be interrupted and forces me to have to recharge my scope shot again before.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Scope in with Vindicta pressing 4
2. Press primary fire to fire your first shot
3. Press primary fire again straight away to show the cooldown timer to help with the next step
4. Press primary fire again when there's between 0-0.2 seconds left of the assassinate cooldown

Expected Results:
If there is cooldown left, the error sound should play and I shouldn't take my shot, but I should still be scoped in and retain my charge

Actual Results:
The shot doesn't go off, the unscope animation plays and I lose my charge, and then the rescope animation plays.

Note:
In the video below, I never pressed 4 to unscope. It was only happening because I hit primary fire when the cooldown only had 0-0.2 seconds remaining.

This bug has made me miss a few opportunities in game because it forced me to have to rescope and I couldn't hit the shot with full damage anymore.View attachment ScopeBug.mp4
 
This still happens and fully reproducible as of the latest patch. It's super annoying in fights, since this could cause me to have rescope back in and charge up my meter to get full damage again, which is a lot of time for an enemy to be able to escape. And it feels like it happens a lot in games for me.
 
oh yeah, I guess I have that problem too, just have not fully thought about it. Usually in the middle of a big teamfight, and sometimes it has unscoped for me.

I thought it still has to charge up regardless of the circle staying green. Still annoying in any case really.
