Scoping in with Vindicta's ult immediately after emptying your magazine will cause you to forcibly unscope and begin reloading. Scoping in again without reloading does not have this issue. This is a QoL bug report mainly, although I tend to empty my magazine to maximise the chance that I get the last hit with my ult for the bonus money, so I do encounter it at least once per game (sorry if this is already known).
