This is a client-side (somewhat funny) visual bug that can be replicated with any character who has an alt-fire (no zoom in) firing mode.
All you have to do is activate and use the characters alt. fire shot and keep holding down the alt. fire (m2) key. While holding down the alt fire key either press reload or let the magazine run on empty. While reloading and holding down the alt fire key, the reload animation will have the character "jerking" around their right hand up and down, up until the reload animation ends or the alt fire key is let go of, which honestly looks quite funny. It's especially noticeable on Yamato.
I find it entertaining, so I wouldn't mind if it this bug were to stay. Although I'm curious on how or why it happens, so now you're hopefully aware of it.
