Vindicta Ult Bug

I'm not entirely sure what causes it, but twice today my ult just randomly stopped working. I couldn't even zoom in. The only way to fix it is to disconnect and reconnect. This bug caused two different team fights in my games to completely sway in the other teams' favor since I could've sniped some people but my ult literally just wouldn't work.
