Vindicta Hair Glitch? FPS halted and was uncontrollable for 15+ seconds

I honestly don't know what exactly caused this from the video, but linked is the issue happening. The game freezing was not my recording software, that was the game itself. I was able to control camera once the game unfroze but the movement there is not from me.

RTX 4060 TI
Intel 12th Gen Core I7-12700K, 3600 Mhz, 12 cores
