Vindicta Flight is not properly canceled by Capacitor

When using Capacitor on Vindicta, it cancels her flight sound and disallows her bullets from dealing spirit damage, but does not knock her out of the air; she is still able to freely move through the air until the ability ends. It should instead cancel like Grey Talon's flight.
