Victor does "bullet damage" to himself with aura of suffering.

I don't know if this is a supposed nerf, but the 3rd ability deals "bullet damage" as shown in the incoming damage screen.
Funnily enough, this damage can't be negated by either spirit or bullet resist items.
I couldn't find anything regarding if this was a nerf and it still says in the ability description that it deals spirit damage to you.
Or is is this damage something like true damage from LoL?

its a new change and yes its true damage. all true damage shows as orange right now for some reason (there's not many sources of it)
