Victor Damaging Ally

Can someone please explain this to me. I just don't get how this happened.

Victor was on my team and did over 1800 damage to me as an ally in a team fight. Please fix this, really breaks the game when you are killed by an ally.

He isn't actually dealing damage to you, this is a spectator bug when you spectate teammates their damage input and output is displayed overwriting your own. This is the amount of damage Aura of Suffering is dealing to Victor himself, not you.
